Testing against challenging weather conditions at the Red Bull Ring

Georgis Markogiannis and his team, CRAM Motorsport, took part at the official track days of the Italian Formula 4 Championship powered by Abarth, taking place at the Red Bull Ring.

The 2021 season features 7 rounds: Paul Ricard (16/5), Misano (6/6), Vallelunga (27/6), Imola (25/7), Red Bull Ring (12/9), Mugello (10/10) and Monza (31/10). Each racing weekend consists of 3 races, with the participation of 35 drivers from all around the world. Almost all of them under aged, after all this racing series is known as the one to breed racing legends!

Among Georgis’ opponents, we can find sons of ex-Formula 1 drivers, such as the Colombian Sebastian Montoya (Son of Juan Pablo) and the Italian Lorenzo Patreze (son of Riccardo). At the fiercely competitive grid, we can also find members of the Ferrari Academy and Red Bull Junior Team

Testing at the Austrian track took place under changeable weather conditions: snow, low temperatures, ice, rain and in the end, a dry track. It was a chance for Georgis, to confirm all the lessons learned during the simulator testing (beside his previous experience, during his debut race, last season at the Red Bull Ring).
